Building Mobile Solutions That Actually Work
We started SyncNodeNet because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses investing in mobile apps that didn't solve their actual problems.
Since 2019, we've been creating custom mobile solutions for companies across Japan. Not flashy stuff for the sake of it. Just solid applications that help businesses run better and connect with their customers in meaningful ways.
Our team works from Maebashi, and we've learned that the best mobile solutions come from really understanding what a business needs—not just what's technically possible.
How We Got Here
Back in 2019, I was working with a retail client who'd spent a fortune on a mobile app that nobody used. The app was technically impressive—all the latest frameworks and features. But it didn't actually help their customers shop or their staff manage inventory.
That's when it clicked. Technical expertise matters, but understanding the business problem matters more.
We started small. Just me and two developers who shared this belief that mobile solutions should solve real problems first, impress people second. Our first project was for a local distributor who needed their field sales team to access inventory data offline. Nothing fancy, but it saved them hours every day.
Word spread. Other businesses in Gunma Prefecture started reaching out. Then companies in Tokyo. By 2022, we'd grown to twelve people and were working with clients across multiple industries.
What hasn't changed is our approach. We still start every project by asking questions about the actual business challenge. We still prototype quickly to make sure we're on the right track. And we still believe that a simpler solution that works is better than a complex one that impresses.
Today, we're working on projects ranging from customer-facing apps for service businesses to internal tools that help teams coordinate better. Each one different, but all built on the same foundation: understanding the problem, then building something that actually solves it.
What Guides Our Work
These aren't just nice phrases we put on our website. They're the principles that shape how we approach every project and conversation.
Clarity Over Complexity
We've turned down projects where the client wanted features just because competitors had them. If a simpler approach solves the problem better, that's what we recommend—even if it means less billable work for us.
Real Testing Matters
We test with actual users, not just our own team. Sometimes this reveals that our clever solution doesn't work the way we thought. Better to find out during development than after launch.
Honest Timelines
We give realistic estimates and explain the trade-offs. Rush a mobile app and you'll spend months fixing problems. Build it properly from the start and you'll save time and money in the long run.

Meet Our Team
"The best mobile apps are the ones users don't think about—they just work. That's what we aim for with every project."
Our team includes developers who've worked on everything from e-commerce platforms to logistics systems. Some came from larger tech companies in Tokyo. Others started their careers right here in Gunma.
What they all share is a practical approach to development. We don't chase every new framework that comes along. We use proven technologies and only adopt new tools when they genuinely improve what we can deliver.
Most of our developers have been with us for at least three years. This continuity matters because they understand not just the code, but the reasoning behind decisions made on past projects. When a client comes back with a new requirement, we can adapt quickly because the knowledge is still here.
We also believe in staying connected to the local business community. Several of our team members speak at the Maebashi Tech Meetup, sharing what we've learned about mobile development challenges specific to the Japanese market.
